For new members, outcalls are only at established 5* or 4* star hotels

Deposits are required for all bookings to be secured; they are non-refundable and show respect to each other’s precious time; Details for the transfer can be provided during the process of booking.
In case of cancellations, the deposit can be put towards a future booking, if at least 48 hours notice has been given; if you cancel less than 48 hours before the date, the deposit will not be refunded.
